Volunteer with the Association

The Neighborhood Needs your Help!

Do you want to help make your neighborhood a better place (without having to serve on the board)?  If you would like to help out...we are trying to form committees around the following topics;

  • Commons Area - Be part of the process of determining the who/how/what/when the Commons gets maintained, the priorities of maintenance, and the direction of upgrades to the massive commons area.
  • Activities - Plan, direct, and operate annual activities for the neighborhood.  Yes we primarily do the Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July, and 2 Garage Sales...but if you have an idea....we may be able to help make it a reality.
  • Communications - Help promote all that is great and awesome about living in Bicentennial Estates by helping to develop, design, and distribute the Newsletter, operate our Facebook, and Instagram Feeds, and keep our Website up-to-date.

Interested in any of these?  Email Info@BicentennialEstates.org or come to the May BENA Meeting at the 27th Street Hy-Vee Cafeteria on May 21st at 7pm.
